The STRSEA won outstanding recognition at the recent Louisiana Retired Teachers Association (LRTA) Spring Conference held in Alexandria, LA, in late April. Jack Loup, at right, won the District III Foundation Leadership Award, and Roxanne Lagarde, president of the STRSEA, at left, holds the certificate naming the local group as having the top number of Associate Members in LRTA in the state.
