At the recent Louisiana Retired Teachers Association Spring Conference, April 24-25, in Alexandria, LA, St. Tammany Retired School Employees Association member Jack Loup, at left, was recognized as District III’s LRTA Foundation Leadership Awardee. His work with state and local retiree/teacher/education legislation was proclaimed exemplary by local and district retired teachers. Congratulating him at right is Dr. Hugh Craft of Chalmette, LA, who is president of the Louisiana School Boards Association. Loup also serves as a member of the St. Tammany Parish School Board.
